Cancellations
Appointment Cancellations & Changes
A minimum of three (3) hours’ notice is requested for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Where possible, additional notice is appreciated.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than the required notice, or non-attendance, may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid or a cancellation fee being applied.
Deposits
Skin Treatments
A deposit is required to secure many skin treatment appointments. The deposit is applied toward the cost of treatment on the day of the appointment and, while not refundable, may be used toward another treatment or a future appointment in accordance with this policy.
New Patients – Injectable Consultations
New patients booking injectable consultations are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is redeemable toward the cost of treatment on the day treatment is provided and is not refundable.
If treatment does not proceed on the day and a consultation with one of our practitioners takes place, the deposit is applied as the consultation fee.
Change-of Mind & Rescheduling
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with sufficient notice, or if you decide not to proceed with treatment on the day, your deposit may be held as a credit and used toward other treatments within Dr Tass Cosmetic & Skin Clinics.
Credits are not refundable and must be used toward services within the clinic.
Where sufficient notice is provided, or where treatment does not proceed on the day, deposits may be held as a credit and used toward other services within Dr Tass Cosmetic & Skin Clinics.
Credits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
