With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, Lucy brings valuable expertise to Dr Tass Cosmetic and Skin Clinics. Her broad background spans across organisations of all sizes, with a strong focus on workplace training, compliance, recruitment, and creating effective systems and processes to support smooth operations.

Lucy joined Dr Tass Cosmetic and Skin Clinics in 2003 as a receptionist, later advancing to various management roles, including Practice Manager, where she supported the operations of Dr Tass’ medical centres. After a break to focus on personal pursuits, Lucy returned in 2018 to lead the HR function, where she oversees employment matters, staff onboarding, training and development, and the promotion of a positive workplace culture.

Having worked alongside Dr Tass for over two decades, Lucy values the strong, professional relationship they share, as well as their shared commitment to building a respectful, supportive workplace. She is passionate about fostering an environment where communication is clear, people feel well-supported, and workplace practices prioritize team wellbeing and work-life balance.
